Automatic equipment SPC
According to IATF16949, AS9100, ISO 9001 and other quality systems, our quality team carries out a series of complete quality tests, including reliability testing, material inspection, process inspection and finished product testing. SPC on the machine helps engineers to analyze process capability on time to maintain high quality production.
Material and product digital tracking
Relying on our IT development capabilities, we have introduced e-SOP (electronic SOP) to the assembly line to achieve real-time compliance of online specifications with customer requirements, while increasing the flexibility of manufacturing activities on the floor.
